What is Frozen Custard?

Frozen Custard Originated in Coney Island, New York in 1991. By adding egg yolk to the mixture, this created a creamier, smoother texture, that is known as Frozen Custard.

True Frozen Custard is a very dense dessert, Vanilla Ice cream which has half of the product composed of air. Frozen Custard is made in a Custard machine where air is not pumped into the mix nor added as an ingredient, but beaten in to achieve Frozen Custard that is run fresh into a dipping cabinet for you to enjoy.
